IC Glaze Pigments

Pigments for colouring engobes, glazes, frits for industrial and artistic applications. For all temperatures between 800 and 1200° C and for traditional and fast firing cycles, the IC range consists in 50 standard pigments able to meet most requirements by customers and to cover a wide chromatic gamut. And IC series is well wider indeed: INCO Industria Colori traditionally collaborates with customers developing tailored shades upon request. The "tailored" range has currently reached the important target of 3000 shades. All IC pigments are "jet mill" ground, therefore feature a steady and controlled grain size. They can be easily dispersed and do not need long grinding operations.

IC/C Pigments for tintometric systems

The range includes several pigments to obtain characteristics such as: saturation, intensity and stability at different temperatures and glassy conditions, so as to ensure the widest chromatic band. They are all fluidized, to ensure their dispersion, and are rheologically balanced to prevent sedimentation.

ICP Pigments for body (wet technology)

The ICP range has been specifically studied to develop in the best way its shades in clay bodies without glassy fluxes, typical in the technology of Technical Porcelain Stoneware. Their grain size distribution enables their grinding together with the raw materials of the body or their dispersion in a liquid.

ICF Fluidized pigments for body (dry technology)

These pigments are integrated with specific fluidizers for the external dry colouring of spray-dried bodies.

ICQ Quick stain Sub-micronic pigments for ceramic inks

A range of several pigments specifically studied for the production of ceramic inks. Their grain size below 2 microns makes them fast and economical in the production of digital inks. The crystals of each pigment have been studied to make grinding easier and to keep a high chromatic consistency even with sub-micronic dimensions.

ICJ INCO InX Digital ceramic inks

Several shades along with some special materials represent the INCO range developed and based on specific pigments to be able to generate a chromatic gamut among the widest in this sector. Available for all heads on the market: XAAR, DYMATIX, SEIKO, TOSHIBA, MINOLTA; further, they are approved by most manufacturers of digital ceramic printers.

IL - IM Lustres for third firing

A wide range of shades, able to enhance the beauty of trims accompanying ceramic product series. They can be used in third and fourth firing in the temperature range 750° C – 800° C.
